Control each stage without losing oversight
Defined responsibilities
Each person receives an allocated post and clear reporting instructions.
Flexible staffing levels
We match team size to entrances, guest numbers and higher-risk areas.
Organiser communication
Your nominated contact receives clear updates when action is required.
A clear security plan for your event
A busy event can involve several entrances, invited guests, restricted rooms and changing crowd levels. We turn your schedule, expected attendance, venue layout and known risks into defined security positions. Cover can include entrance security, ticket checks, restricted-area control, guest guidance and observation inside the venue. We can scale staffing for private parties, public events, sports fixtures and larger productions, placing personnel where they can support the organiser without getting in the way of normal event activity.

Coordinated cover from opening to dispersal
Before guests arrive, we brief personnel on their posts, communication routes and incident procedures. During the event, we monitor assigned areas, report concerns and liaise with your nominated organiser. If an issue develops, we follow the agreed escalation route rather than leaving responsibilities unclear. At closing time, we can support orderly movement towards exits and maintain cover while restricted areas are secured. Our full 10-person team can be deployed when an assignment needs several coordinated positions.
Frequently asked questions
How many security personnel can you deploy to one event?
We can deploy up to 10 personnel to one assignment, subject to availability and the agreed event plan. We decide suitable numbers after reviewing attendance, access points, operating hours, venue duties and the areas that need active cover.
What information do you need before planning event security?
We need the event date, venue layout, operating times, expected attendance and entrance arrangements. Please also explain restricted areas, alcohol service, known concerns and which safety or security duties the venue will retain.
What happens if an incident occurs during the event?
We follow the escalation process agreed during planning. Personnel report the issue, take action within their licensed role and contact the organiser or event control. Emergency services can be involved when the circumstances require their response.
