Put licensed cover where it adds value
Static post protection
We maintain agreed positions at entrances and restricted areas.
Mobile observation
Patrol routes provide oversight where one fixed position is insufficient.
Written incident records
Reports document key observations and action taken during the assignment.
Licensed guards where intervention may be needed
Stewards can guide guests, but some posts need licensed personnel who can manage access concerns or intervene in security incidents. We provide event security guards for static positions, mobile patrols, restricted areas and controlled entrances. Written reporting can record incidents and actions for the organiser. We select guard numbers and posts after reviewing event duration, attendance, entrances, venue responsibilities and known risk areas, rather than placing guards without a clear operational purpose.

Transparent hours and coordinated deployment
The standard stated rate is around 17 pounds per guard per hour, with a minimum charge of five hours. Your quote reflects the required personnel, operating period, travel and assignment details. Before deployment, we brief guards and allocate posts, communication routes and escalation contacts. During the event, personnel report concerns and respond within their licensed role. At the end, we complete the agreed handover so restricted areas or unresolved matters are not left without an owner.
Frequently asked questions
How much does an event security guard cost?
The stated standard rate is around 17 pounds per guard per hour, with a minimum charge of five hours. We provide a tailored quote after reviewing team size, travel, operating times and the duties assigned to each guard.
When do I need licensed guards rather than stewards?
Licensed guards are appropriate where a post involves security intervention, controlled access or protection of restricted areas. Stewards suit guidance and customer-facing support. We can combine both roles when the event plan needs them.
Can you deploy several guards to one event?
Yes. Our 10-person licensed team can support multi-guard deployments, subject to availability. We divide entrances, patrol routes and risk areas into named posts, with reporting and escalation arranged through the operational briefing.
