Match-day roles planned around your ground
Spectators, hospitality guests and staff may all arrive through different routes within a short period. We plan football match security around the ground layout, expected attendance, fixture profile, stand access and the duties retained by your club. Personnel can cover hospitality entrances, internal concourses, access points and crowd-management positions. Our current football-ground experience includes assigning two people specifically to hospitality while colleagues support internal areas or spectator movement elsewhere.

Structured cover through each match-day phase
Personnel arrive for an operational briefing before taking up their allocated posts. Cover then follows gate opening, peak arrivals, live play and controlled dispersal after the final whistle. We keep the organiser informed if an access, behaviour or crowd issue needs action beyond one post. Football assignments commonly need around five to five-and-a-half hours of coverage, but we follow your operating plan when setting final reporting and finish times. Clear boundaries prevent gaps between club staff and our team.
Frequently asked questions
How long does football security usually attend?
Football assignments commonly last about five to five-and-a-half hours. The exact period follows gate times, the match schedule, hospitality duties and post-event dispersal. We confirm reporting and finish times before the booking.
Can you provide security for hospitality areas?
Yes. Our match-day experience includes dedicated two-person hospitality deployments. We can check access, observe guest areas and liaise with hospitality management while other personnel cover internal or crowd-facing duties.
What does the club need to provide before match day?
Please provide the fixture schedule, attendance estimate, gate and stand arrangements, accreditation process and briefing location. We also need to know which duties remain with club staff, stewards or another appointed provider.
